Payment Options

Fall City Chiropractic Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates with: Regence, Blue Cross, First Choice, Aetna and Cigna.  We also work with Medicare and Labor and Industry and with auto accidnets.

 For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we provide a time of service fee which usually is a 20% reduction in our rates.  This will work if you feel you can complete your payments within the month.  If statements are sent to you then the 20% fee is eliminated and full pricees are in effect. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly. We encourage you to download our insurance questionaire and call your insurance company and have all questions answered prior to the first appointment.  If time does not allow this to happen, then we would appreciate that this form is completed within the first week.

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. I recommend you contacting my billing office @ 206-434-6317.  She will be glad to check your coverage. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. . You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage.  We will be glad to improve your understanding of your benefits.  We are just a provider of health care not associated with any insurance companies.

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

Workers Injury

It is important to know, if you were injured at work, if your company is insured through a state program or is your company self-insured.  Self insured companies will provide you with paperwork that needs to be filled out prior to seeing me.  You will be treated as a "new patient" and may need a complete work up including x-rays so don't assume you can be treated in a 20 minute window of time.  If you company is state insured then we provide the necessary forms, but you must notify your supervisor of the accident and you will need a witness (by name).  Forms need to be processed by your company and my office within 5 days of injury or you risk not being covered.  

Health on a Budget

At Fall City Chiropractic Center we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it.
