Payment Options

Fall City Chiropractic Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates with: Regence, Blue Cross, First Choice, Aetna and Cigna.  We also work with Medicare and Labor and Industry and with auto accidnets.

 For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we provide a time of service fee which usually is a 20% reduction in our rates.  This will work if you feel you can complete your payments within the month.  If statements are sent to you then the 20% fee is eliminated and full pricees are in effect. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly. We encourage you to download our insurance questionaire and call your insurance company and have all questions answered prior to the first appointment.  If time does not allow this to happen, then we would appreciate that this form is completed within the first week.

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage.  We will be glad to improve your understanding of your benefits.  We are just a provider of health care not associated with insuracne companies.

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

Child Adjustments

I am pleased that I can give free care to children up to their 12 year of age.  You will need to let us know 24 hours in advance (if possible) and we would like them to come in with you.  Generally their visits are short if it is for wellness.  If the visit is due to an accident then more time may be required and we would appreciate a "heads-up" if possible.

Health on a Budget

At Fall City Chiropractic Center we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it.
